Please use these details for questions about your personal data or to exercise your rights.
2. Website delivery and security
Accessing this website transmits technically necessary connection data to hosting and network providers. This may include your IP address, time of access, requested address, browser and operating system information, and the referring page if transmitted by your browser.
The website is currently provided through ChatGPT Sites, using Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. Processing supports delivery, availability, security and protection against abuse. Our legal basis for processing required to provide the website is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website.
The contracting entities, their respective data protection roles, and applicable logging and deletion periods still need confirmation from the provider documentation. Domain registration with netcup is separate from website hosting.
3. Email and telephone enquiries
When you contact us, we process the details you provide, such as your name, email address or telephone number and the content of your enquiry, to respond and, where relevant, prepare a quotation or a business relationship.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual requests. For other enquiries, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in responding appropriately. Where legal retention obligations apply, further storage is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Our contact address uses Gmail. Google and the relevant communications providers are therefore involved in processing or transmitting emails. The specific Google contracting entity and account contract type still require confirmation. See Google’s privacy policy.
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to handle the matter, comply with legal retention obligations, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. They are then deleted. Retention depends on the nature and purpose of the enquiry, any resulting contract, and applicable retention and limitation periods.
Providing contact details is not a statutory requirement. Without information necessary to handle your request, we may be unable to respond. The email and telephone links open your chosen communications application. The website has no contact form or online checkout.
4. Cookies, external content and clipboard
Our website code does not include analytics or marketing services, advertising pixels, externally loaded fonts or embedded social media. It sets no cookies and uses neither local storage nor session storage. Any technically required storage or security functions of the hosting platform still need separate verification and documentation.
Only when you click “Copy the discussion checklist” does the website write a predefined text to your device’s clipboard. Our code does not read the existing clipboard content or transmit the checklist to us. The DE/EN language links switch between pages without storing a language preference.
External links connect you to the destination only when opened. The destination provider’s privacy information then applies.
5. Recipients and international processing
Hosting, security, email and telecommunications providers, and legally authorised bodies, may process personal data to the extent required. International providers may process data outside the EU or EEA, particularly in the United States.
The actual recipient entities, processing countries and transfer mechanisms for this website still require verification. Whether an adequacy decision under Article 45 GDPR or safeguards under Article 46 GDPR apply will be specified after reviewing the contracts. We do not promise exclusively European processing.
Provider information: OpenAI and Cloudflare. These policies do not replace verification of the specific contractual arrangements.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Right to object: Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
Send requests to inqualitysolutions@gmail.com.
7. Right to complain
Under Article 77 GDPR, you may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. In Austria: Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna; email: dsb@dsb.gv.at; complaint information.
8. Automated decisions and updates
Our website code does not perform profiling or automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects. We will update this notice when website features or service providers change.
Service checklists
Checklist selections are processed only in the memory of the open page, are not saved in cookies or browser storage, and reset when the page reloads. “Open email draft” passes the selected service names and a predefined text to your email application. Only when you send the email yourself are the details transmitted through your email provider to us. The contact-processing information in this notice applies. The copy function writes the draft to your clipboard only after your click.
